Child Dedication Form

We hold Child Dedication services two times a year in our 11 am service. Our Guidelines for Child Dedication can be viewed here. If you would like your child(ren) to be dedicated, complete this Application (one for each child) and return to Terri Borgard. You MUST attend our Child Dedication class if this is the first time you are having a child dedicated.

We have water baptisms several times a year. Please complete this Water Baptism Application and mail or fax to Terri Borgard at 610-369-0311.

Wedding Information

If you'd like to schedule your wedding at Morning Star and have one of our pastors perform the ceremony, please print and read the General Information letter. You can also view and print the following Wedding Guidelines at Morning Star: Building Use Form for Weddings

Mission Trip Scholarships

We offer mission trip scholarships in amounts of $250, $150 and $100 for attendees of Morning Star Fellowship who are taking a Mission Trip. You must have attended Morning Star for at least one year to apply for this scholarship.
