The core group of leadership is made up of our TEAM. This stands for:
Training Coaches: Conduct training for all leaders and participants. Ensure consistency and promote safety in all groups (Open Share Groups, Step Groups, etc.).
Encouragement Coaches: Concerned with the personal needs of leaders and participants. Organinze fellowship events, including the monthly Barbecue meal and post-meeting fellowship as well as periodic special events.
Assimilation Coaches: Responsible for the Information Table on Tuesdays which is primarily for newcomers. Organizes all advertising within and outside of the group.
Ministry Leaders: Oversee all leaders. Organize all responsibilities, especially the schedule of those who teach and share testimonies during the Large Group.
